John Gilkison and Dave Oesper viewed 140 acres of prime dark sky astronomy land on January 6,  2013 offered for sale by the Windmill Ranch in northern Lincoln County. The property was showed to Dave and John by Tom Jacob representing United Country Realty.

The property is for sale for $55,000 and financing is available. The NPO is looking for a venture pardner to go in 50/50 on purchasing this land. Essentially we would split the land into a 70 acre parcel for each entity. Electricity is available at the site. Access is from the north end of the property on a maintained county road.
